Senior LinkAge Line^®1-800-333-2433 ~ Information, referral and assistance for seniors, family, friends and organizations. The latest information on housing options, drug assistance, transportation and home care services.

Health Insurance Counseling ~ Assisting Medicare beneficiaries of all ages with health benefits and long-term care insurance information. One on one claims assistance is available.

Southeastern Minnesota ElderCare Development Partnership ~ Helping communities become senior friendly by providing technical assistance and program development for community based services that help seniors remain independent.

Housing Information ~ Local information on various housing options: subsidized independent living, adult foster care, assisted living and nursing home.

Applications Assistance ~ Can arrange for help completing forms and applications.

Caregiver Consultation ~ Provide guidance, information and help to caregivers in dealing with day to day responsibilities of caring for a loved one.

Demographic Information ~ A variety of demographic information related to seniors and caregivers.

Caregiver Education ~ A library of informational videos and books about care giving plus resources on local groups.

Technical Assistance ~ Individual consultations with service providers, developers, and businesses interested in serving seniors.
