The Parish Nurse Program is a health care ministry that focuses on serving God by serving others within the integration of God’s desire that all of His people should have a full abundant life. It promotes individual, physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual well-being in the context of their relationship to God, family, and friends.
The Parish Nurse Program nurtures health, wellness, and healing by seeking creative ways of addressing needs and concerns. The program develops spiritually focused health and wellness interventions in response to specific individual and family needs. Services center around visitation screening, referral, counseling, advocacy and prayers. If there is a need to access health and social services, but the individual may feel uncertain, unaware, or uninformed of the services available invite us to be a source of your health care information.
The Parish Nurse Program adheres to the ethical and moral teaching of God, legal regulations, and maintains complete and total confidentiality. We would like to get to know you and to explain the programs and services provided. |
