The Parish Nurse Ministry is designed to enhance awareness of holistic health to the physical and psychosocial components; and, to effectively merge the nurse and church into a caring partnership. The Parish Nurse will complement the clergy and church staff, as well as the congregation, in their mission of caring from themselves and their fellow humans. |

Access
At the patient's request, the parish nurse program can receive a hospital discharge referral. The Parish Nurse will make a follow-up call to touch base with the parishioner and refer them to additional services they may need. The Parish Nurse can also be contacted through the church office, 507-451-1588 for additional services. |
